Dungeons and Dragons

According to Siliconera, Capcom will release XBLA ports of arcade classics Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom and Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow Over Mystara. There’s nothing official from Capcom at the time of writing, although reader @lifelower has tipped a rating for Chronicles of Mystara over at the Korean rating board. Without citing a source, Siliconera expects that the games will feature at the upcoming PAX East show in Boston. Stay tuned to the XBLAFans team hitting up PAX East next weekend for official confirmation.

Tower of Doom and Shadow Over Mystara are side-scrolling beat-’em-ups with RPG elements, and they were first released in 1993 and 1996 respectively. They were both ported to the Sega Saturn in 1999 as part of the Dungeons & Dragons Collection. However, this Japan-only compilation is considered something of a rarity today and can fetch some hefty prices. No details are known regarding price and release dates at this time.
