Earlier today the DLC achievements were finally added to Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. You can now feel safe to purchase the DLC pack, which sells for 160MS Points ($2), if you were holding out. If you do ever find yourself having issues with DLC achievements in the future, the solution listed in the first UPDATE works every time for correcting conflicting gamerscore.

Monday Night Combat’s Spunky Cola Special is HERE!
If you didn’t get the coverage at the end of October, Monday Night Combat developer Uber Entertainment was giving out Halloween treats letting us know what the New DLC was going to have. While they did slate it for a November release, this is close enough to November to keep this gunner happy!
Trials HD will be on sale for a near criminally low price of 400 Microsoft Points this Friday, the game would normally cost 1200! . The first DLC will also be discounted, going from 400 to 240 points. This means you can pick up the game and it’s DLC for less than you’d usually pay for just the game. A bargain if ever there was one.
This all comes the week before the “Big Thrills” DLC pack is released, which will be out next Wednesday December 1st. If for some reason you don’t already own Trials HD then this is definitely the time to jump on the bandwagon. Download the trial version now and get those points ready!
Costume Quest, Double Fine’s recent and very popular XBLA title, will be getting some new content in the shape of the ‘Grubbins on Ice’ DLC.
The new content will be about the size of one of the three areas that made up the main game and should take about 5 hours to complete. The kids from the first game end up in the Grubbins home world of Repugia, which just so happens to be very snowy. Handy then that the DLC will be released sometime in December, no word on pricing yet however.

Trials HD developer RedLynx has dated the next DLC for the hugely popular game. Entitled Big Thrills, you’ll be able to grab it on December 1st for 400 Microsoft points.
The pack will include 40 new tracks, 10 of which came directly from a community contest.You’ll also get 6 new tournament modes and 3 new achievements.
Hydro Thunder: Hurricane was developed by Vector Unit and published by Microsoft. The full game retails for 1200 Microsoft Points. The Tempest DLC pack retails for 400 Microsoft points. A copy of the DLC was provided to us for review purposes.
Back in August, we reviewed Hydro Thunder: Hurricane for XBLA and gave it a Try rating. This wasn’t to say the game suffered from significant flaws, but we questioned if the game could hold attention long enough to match its $15 value for the majority of players. Clearly it could, as two months later, the game’s online community is still thriving and Vector Unit has released their first piece of DLC.
The Tempest Pack for Hydro Thunder: Hurricane contains three brand new original maps (Atlantis, Castle Von Boom and Bermuda), two new, original Boats (the super agile Whiplash and the slip-slidery Psyclone), one new skin for every boat in the game, six X-Boats (upgraded to expert versions of current boats) and of course 50 additional Gamerscore.
In the final day of the Halloween reveal, Uber Entertainment saves all the best for last. The November DLC, that is free has been named. Spunky Cola Special looks absolutely hot, and I can’t wait!
