Defense Technica announced

Looking for some RTS action on XBLA? If so, the recently-announced Defense Technica might might be right up your alley (Note: The gameplay footage above didn’t accompany the announcement; rather, it debuted at GDC 2012).

Details are still a bit sparse, but the game, developed by CyberFront Korea (CFK), appears to focus on a human army in the future (the titular Defense Technica) confronted with hostile alien forces. A press release from CFK promises Technica won’t be just any old RTS (though, obviously, whether that’s true remains to be seen). The game runs on the Unity Engine, which the company boasts made a big splash at GDC.

The price and release date have yet to be announced, but Defense Technica will release simultaneously on XBLA and the PlayStation Network and will be supported in more than five languages, including Korean, French and Japanese.
