According to a tweet earlier today from BloodRayne: Betrayal‘s official Twitter account, those lucky enough to have tickets to the upcoming Penny Arcade Expo will be able to take a shot at what looks to be one of the bloodiest titles of 2011. Originally scheduled to release sometime this month, developer WayForward recently announced that the game would be delayed until October 5. BloodRayne: Betrayal looks to be something of a departure from the rest of the series, featuring beautiful 2D graphics and a much more modest look for the previously buxom titular character. More information on the game can be found at the official Facebook page, including two developer diaries. Just in case you’re too excited to click your mouse button, we’ve included them here after the break. A third diary is promised, so if you just can’t wait until October to see more of BloodRayne keep an eye on their Facebook page. Look for more information about this gory 2D side-scroller as the release date approaches.
