indiePub releases first trailer for Capsized on XBLA

indiePub has released the first trailer of the Xbox Live Arcade version of Alien Trap’s upcoming side-scrolling platformer, Capsized. Capsized puts you in the shoes of an astronaut who’s ship has crash landed on an alien planet. Your only goal is to save your crew, and get off the planet alive. Available now on PC, the XBLA version of the game will include previously unreleased content and features exclusive to the platform. First look at Trials: Evolution multiplayer gameplay

Staff over at GameSpot UK got a chance to try out the new four-player gameplay mode on Trials: Evolution at the recent London MCM Expo. Check out the video they uploaded and watch Blue, Green, Red and “a” compete for the Trials Evolution Cup. There is no exact release date announced for this sequel to the XBLA hit Trials HD but it is still pencilled in for 2011 so watch this space.

Moon Knight joins Pinball FX Vengeance and Virtue

A new hero is added to the vengeance side of Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue, all thanks to tonight’s full moon. Moon Knight, who searches the streets of New York for those who attack the weak, is caught fighting his greatest nemeses, including Bushman, Midnight, Morpheus and the Black Spectre. And all before an impending lunar eclipse! This table was specially built to utilize Moon Knight’s Mooncopter and Moon Crossbow, and you’ll be able to see him fight enemies as you play. Marc Spector and his many alter egos joins vengeful Ghost Rider and the virtuous X-Men in the pinball line-up, leaving one more hero to be announced. Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue will be available December 2011.

Alan Wake’s Night Springs teaser sets the mood

From our title screen reveal to the first screenshot, all eyes are on the XBLA trip for Alan Wake rumored to be called Alan Wake’s Night Springs. Spike has unveiled a short teaser for the game today which doesn’t reveal much from what we already know. Alan appears to be walking in the night around the hotel with a flickering neon sign while he holds a gun and a flashlight. As the days continue to grow close to the unveil on December 10 at the Spike VGAs, we’ll be reporting on all the latest news on Alan Wake’s Night Springs.

Enigma Software and Kalypso Media set to bring Alien Spidy to XBLA

Enigma Software has signed a deal with Kalypso Media to bring their upcoming side-scrolling platformer Alien Spidy to Xbox Live Arcade. Previously announced for PlayStation Vita, Alien Spidy puts players in control of a spider who is faced with navigating a visually stunning world in which physics play a major role. Check out the video above for a gameplay demonstration of the PlayStation Vita version of the game in action. Alien Spidy will hit XBLA sometime during the second quarter of 2012. XBLA Wednesday: November 9


Another week with a very slow list of releases and by that, we mean only one new release this Wednesday from space. Fusion: Genesis was developed by Starfire Studios which was created by ex-Rare developers. It is an action space shooter with role-playing elements such as mining and strategy elements for battles and scanning planets for items. Check out the launch trailer after the break, this shooter will set you back 800 MSP and stay tuned for our review on XBLAfans.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?: Special Editions first look at in game footage

Following the announcement of a November 23 release date for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Special Editions, DoubleSix have now released a trailer showing the game in action. The popular quiz is set to be supported on XBLA with a series of DLC question packs and two have already been announced for day one release; a movie question pack add-on and a South Park themed question pack featuring the characters from the show. No pricing structure has been revealed as yet.

New Happy Wars trailer shows off classes and their abilities

Microsoft and Toylogic have released a new trailer for their upcoming multiplayer action game, Happy Wars. The trailer (which can be viewed above) shows off all three of the game’s classes, and some of the unique skills that they possess. Utilizing all three classes and their abilities will play a key role in determining the victorious team in the game’s 15 on 15 online battles. New Amy trailer shows off gameplay and a unique relationship

VectorCell has released a new trailer for its upcoming survival horror title Amy, which shows off brand new gameplay footage, and highlights the unique relationship between the game’s protagonists. As displayed in the trailer (which is narrated by the developers), Lana is the adult “in charge” of making sure the duo escape the horror infested city where the game takes place in one piece. Interestingly enough however, it’s Amy, an 8-year old autistic girl who holds the keys to success.
