The guys over at GameSpot got Mike Inglehart, producer from Hothead Games, to stop by and demo The Baconing. During the demo they talk quite a bit about the game, giving us a little more insight as to exactly what this new DeathSpank installment is. They verify that everything you love from the previous games is here, but with new improvements and changes. They have seven new weapons like the Totally Legal Bat, tons of new characters, like Bob from Marketing and even a revamped card system. The release date was merely narrowed to this summer and Ingelhart said it’s guaranteed to becoming to PC/Mac. He doesn’t go into details as to what other platforms yet, but he tells you to make your best guess. Our guess? Xbox Live Arcade, PSN and iOS.
